In the palace, inside the assembly hall.
Tabitha stood before the three mages.
The King, King Malek, and Alpha Cornell.
They all wore a worried look.
The fact that the seer had refused to tell them what she saw… it bothered them.
“Speak, Tabitha!”
The King ordered, growing widely impatient.
But Tabitha, still rooted to her spot without fret, looked the King in the eyes and still refused to open up.
“Then why did you summon us if you weren’t gonna open your pit?!”
Alpha Cornell yelled in frustration.
The seer glared at him, and he went silent.
“We're waiting for Maleficent.”
The King flared up, his nose rising and falling.
“Why always her?!”
“Why can’t we do something without the involvement of goddamn Maleficent?!”
“Yes!”
