Just when I leaned forward to hold the goblet, a shriek filled the room and the movements of a person running down the stairs resounded. My head snapped to the side immediately and my eyes widened when I saw a young lady running down the stairs whilst holding her skirts up as she skipped down the stairs.
Her blonde hair was held in a neat bun and was adorned with hairpins of all sorts. She had a big smile on her face and her blue eyes danced with excitement as she ran to Elder Theodore who was already on his feet, opening his arms wide for her.
