Rage. Burning hatred and the desire to make them all feel the anger that flowed through her, that was all August could think of as she had arrived on the scene. Before she had healed him, Gideon had been a bloody mess, and she still hadn’t tended to Max. She had to fight to not shake with her burning hatred. Everything she had been through since being kidnapped by Adon in the first damn place had been piled on and all she wanted to do was cause pain.  Her first choice was obvious.
