Gideon dodged behind Max his eyes on the magic user’s hands. He still had a layer of ice over his hands, so that definitely was not the spot to bite right now. The attack to his legs had been useless as well. Gideon wasn’t desperate yet, but he was starting to get pushed there. He had expected a tough battle sure, but not an impossible one. Maybe he really should do more training like Adon had bragged. A full shiver went through his body as he ducked under another fireball. Taking the advice of Adon made him want to be physically ill. “Are you really just going to spend this entire match running away from me?” Max demanded. He shook his head. “I can wait until you want to get serious you know. The fans might not like it, but I’m fine with not wasting my energy on a chicken.” Gideon snort
