“I did meet them both, when Noah was discussing quieting down the scandal the two of them were unfortunately involved in.” Akira glanced over past his shoulder. The camera he had on his side was pointed directly at him instead of having a view of the entire room. It was likely so that even if leading questions were used, there would be no way to know if the police officer had done anything or not. It was a corrupt world they lived in. It didn’t matter who was truly guilty and who wasn’t… At the end of the day, Akira would be looked at no different than a suspect, as long as he refused to properly cooperate with the police.
