Scottie, who was also watching a movie from his laptop, looked up to his father and mother. He sat on the lavish rug with toys and gadgets surrounding him. In the vast living room of the mansion, his father was also doing something on his tablet while on wheelchair while his mother was also sketching something on her tablet. Everyone in the family was there but they were all doing their own stuff—and ever since Ashley ‘babysit’ her nominal husband, this kind of scenario became a norm.
