~Tiara Reluctantly, I got in, and he shut the door behind me. He walked around to the driver’s side, slid into the seat, and started the engine. Before I could ask any more questions, he reached over and took my hand again, his thumb brushing lightly over my knuckles. “I don’t like seeing you sad,” he said quietly, glancing at me before focusing on the road. I opened my mouth to respond, but he shifted into gear and pulled out of the driveway. “Antonio, what are you doing?” I asked, my tone laced with frustration and confusion. “You’ll find out soon,” he replied, turning up the music to drown out any further protests.
