~Tiara I could barely keep my eyes open as I slouched on the couch, my exhaustion weighing me down like a heavy blanket. Despite my best attempts to stay awake, my eyelids fluttered shut, and before I knew it, I was drifting off into a deep, uninvited slumber. The room was quiet, the air still, and it felt like everything around me was fading away. But Celene wasn’t as tolerant. Her frustrated sigh broke through the quiet as she walked closer, arms crossed tightly over her chest. She’d been eyeing me for a while now, probably waiting for me to pull myself together. But I guess my body had other plans. “Of course,” she muttered, her voice sharp. “I’ll just have to call the maids, won’t I?” I could barely process her words before she grabbed the phone, dialing with a sense of annoyance.
