~Antonio “Damn it,” I muttered under my breath, running a hand down my face. I’d almost blown my cover. If I’d mentioned meeting Gerald in the US before I started impersonating Giovanni, everything would’ve been exposed right there. The facade I’d worked so hard to maintain would’ve crumbled, and all hell would’ve broken loose. This pretending-to-be-my-brother thing was exhausting.
