Ethan’s POV
We’ve stopped at a resto-bar and when we entered the place, there were few people who’s already waiting inside. I searched for Karina but she’s not around and I saw familiar faces and one angry guy.
“Why is he here?” Salubong na tanong ni Jaime kay Mark.
“He’s looking for his wife. Akala ko nandito si Karina.” Mark answered smirking.
“What’s new? He’s always looking for his wife.” Jaime’s sarcastic remark. “Ang alam ko papunta na sila rito sabi Nathan sa akin kanina sa phone. And you must be the new girl.” Baling ni Jaime kay Mary Ann.
Jaime’s didn’t bother to glance at me and I didn’t mind his unwelcoming reception. Hintayin ko lang na dumating si Karina at pagkatapos ay uuwi na rin kami. Inikot ko ang tingin at napansi
