Paglabas ko ng bathroom ay nakita kong nakaupo sa gilid ng kama si Ethan at nagpupunas ng basang buhok. Sa kabilang kwarto siguro siya nag-shower. Secretly, I smiled to myself. No doubt, he wanted to fulfill his promise to Katrina.
“Thank you again for coming.” Katrina said to them. “We should do this more often. Pwede naman pala tayong magsama-sama ng walang nag-walk-out at nagkakainisan eh.”
They were in the parking lot, me and Ethan were about to leave. Some of Jaime’s friends were still inside. But since Mary Ann mentioned that this past few days, Ethan was always late for work, I opted to leave early.
