CHAPTER 13

*Nygel*

I went to every possible places Azzy could have been, but she's not there. Something is up here, why did Alexis came back? And why now? I really don't know what to do, now.

"Nygel what it this thing that I heard about?" My dad went into my office.

"You heard it right."

"Do you know where she is right now? Have you hired a detective?" My dad is wearing his worry face right now.

"Yeah I did. AHHHH I really don't know what to do dad." I sat on the couch burying my face into my hands. I want to cry. Why is this all happening now?!!

"It's ok son, I have a strong feeling that this problem will not ruin your marriage." Dad patted my back, trying to comfort me.

"Dad? why is Alexis here?"

"I don't know either. I thought she was in France."

"What is she up to? Why is she doing this?"

"We have to make a plan. I can't let this happen. My grandchildren will be in danger, and Azzy, well she's been good to us despite the things that I've said to her, so I'm not losing her as my in-law too." He smiled at me trying to encourage me. This is like the first time my dad and I talk about personal things aside from business.

My phone rang..it's the private investigator I hired.

"Did you found them?"

"Yes sir, They were living in a small house near the country side."

"Are they doing well?"

"Yeah, your wife is now working as a cashier in a convenience store."

"What!!?" I exclaimed. "How about the kids?"

"They have a nanny in the day, but she never fails to come home early for the children, I can see that she is having a hard time, because no one is actually giving her a good job."

"That's bull! ok give me the address." He gave me the address. I got my keys trying to go out, but dad stopped me.

"Hold it Nygel."

"Why are you stopping me? I thought you want them back?"

"I know son, but don't you think you have to settle your problem here first so that you can get them back here safely?"

"But they are suffering out there. Dad please." I begged him.

"I will take care of them, and you take care of your problem here.!"

I tried to calm myself trying to comprehend what my dad wanted me to do. I understood him, I have to take care of Alexis first.

"Please take care of them."

"I will."

*Azzy*

It was three weeks since the day I went out of the mansion, I never thought that it would be this hard. It's even harder now that I have my twins with me.

It really made my heart broken. Now I know why some people commits suicide because of love, it really does hurt.

I went home from work, and I saw groceries in the living room.

"Jare?" I looked for him. I saw him in the kitchen with ...Greg.

"Azzy! Greg is here!" Jeremy exclaimed while chocolates are all over his mouth.

"How are you?" He smiled at me.

"Fine," I was trying to avoid his eyes, cause I might cry again. "How did you know were here?"

"Well as you know, I have my ways." he smirked. "I want to visit my grand children, and Jeremy too.

"As you can see were fine. Were trying to move on."

"Moving on from what?" His eyes are waiting for my answer. "I don't really know the whole details about this, but I assure you, Nygel loves you Azzy."

"You wouldn't know that, you don't barely know your son." I continued to the sink trying to do something else, I know I just offended Greg with what I said.

"It's funny, that your right. Remember the day that we first met? The day when you told me that Nygel's favorite food is omelet? Do you know what I thought at that moment?" theres a pause, he's waiting for my response. "I thought that, Nygel got something really important now, that he can live his life. And that was you." I faced him, I can't control my tears anymore.

"How can you say that, when I just saw your son kissing another woman?" now I'm crying.

"Did you see him kissing her?, or is it the other way around?" His words just snaps into my mind.

"Even though, I still saw him kissing her." I tried to be hard.

"Don't be too hard on yourself Azzy, you know that your just lying to yourself, but I won't push you though. I will let you and Nygel decide on your own." I was silent. "I have to go now, and I will leave this groceries, to kids. by the way Nygel wanted to give you this."Then he left.

I sobbed trying to think of what was happening. I opened the box. It was a necklace, it was a simple. I think he designed it himself. I cried when I saw what was written at the back of the pendant, ..our names, mine, Nygel, Ashton and Ashley's names were written. I saw a small note it read.

*Nygel*

I was worried about how dad would take care of my family, but I will trust him. Im still doing the investigator on the reason why Alexis is here.

My phone rang. It was her.

"What do you want?" I bluntly asked her.

"How sweet, well nothing really. I just want to see you right now though. Same place?"

"I will play your game, but beware! twenty minutes from now, sharp." I hang up.

I went to the place where we go a lot in the 'past'.

"Your here." She smiled at me. Surprisingly she handed me an envelope.

I opened it, it was the contract.

"How did you know about this?" I glared at her.

"I have my own ways. Now look at the signature." It was Azzy's. "She signed it herself."

"That's a lie, we know each other better than this. You don't really think that you can go out with this do you?" She smirked again, but this time I can see there is nervousness. "Tell me what you really want."

"Your very smart, same Nygel as usual. I want you to sell your shares in the company to me. To make it short, I want your company."

I smiled at her sarcastically. "I knew you were up to something, well you will never succeed." I leaned closer to her.

"I already made Azzy sign the papers of your divorce, and you will never get the inheritance that you want from your grandmother."

"You really are one gullible person, oh Azzy was too." I can see that she got confused with what I said.

"What do you mean?"

"I have nothing to explain to you. Now that I know your motive, I have to excuse myself, I still have to find and get my wife, before she yells at me for not cooking her pasta this weekend." This time I had the last smirk, and I love it. I left her in my office with her mouth opened, confused with what just happen.

*Azzy*

I was so touch with what Nygel did. He actually remembered my birthday. But I have to focus myself in moving on with my life.

I was making my way home, when I saw that the door in the house was open. That was suspicious. Then it snapped me. The KIDS!

I walked to the house nobody was there. The house is full of clutter. It seem like Jeremy was  fighting back. I dropped to the floor realizing one thing. Someone took them. If it's Nygel it wouldn't be like this, because Jeremy knew him. Oh my God!

There is no time to lose I have to go get Nygel and Save the kids. I was about to go out when two big men blocked my way. The other one put his hands on my mouth to prevent me from screaming. 'Oh my Gos what is happening? Why is this happening to me?'

I passed out.

Ouch my head hurts! Then I remembered what happened. I was kidn*pped. The kids was in trouble. I opened my eyes. I was shocked with what I saw.

I....I am in a hotel. The room was gorgeous. I looked at myself in the mirror. I was...dressed...like beautifully dressed. What is going on? Then I heard a knock on the door. A man clothed in a waiter or butler suit came in.

"Ma'am please follow me."

"Why would I do that?!" I looked at him with suspicion.

"I understand your hesitation but if you want to meet that one that brought you here, you have to come with me." he said.

"Where are the kids and my brother.?!" I exclaimed.

"As what I have said earlier, you have to come with me, so that you can meet the person who brought you here."

I had no choice but to follow him. He lead me in dark room. There is a spotlight in the middle, and I was standing there. I kind of knew that it was huge because I can here my voice echo.

"Who are you? What do you want from me, you asshole. Where are my children and my brother.!"

There was a pause. "Relax. I am not here to harm you." The man with a big voice said.

"Then show yourself to me." I was scared to actually see the kidnapper.

I heard footsteps walking towards me. His image is slowly appearing as he walk towards the only light that is in the room. A man with a mask in all of his face showed up!

"Are you satisfied?" I can feel him smirking. and it irritates me.

"Satisfy yourself!" I punched him immediately that made him fall in the floor. I manage to give him another punch so that I can took his mask off!

NYGEL?!!!!!

"What the..." I was dumbfounded to see the face of the man that I missed so much!

"AAWWWWWWW Azzy that was ....AWWW!" He was in agony. "What was that for?" He looked at me. I'm still in his upper body because I was trying to punch him again.

"What are YOU doing?!" I can't help but shout at him! "What in the world got into your mind and kidn*pped me. Ah This is so....." I was about to go out in that room when he grabbed my hand, that made me fall again in his body. He smirked at my reaction.

"You can't go out until you listen to me."

"There is no need for your explanations. Haven't you heard of actions speaks louder than words?" I was trying to free myself from him, but he was just too strong for me.

"Not until I can say the things that I want to say, so you better behave!"

"Fine!!" I don't have a choice.

"Then first, Alexis did the kissing, She did that so that she take the company from me, cause when I lose you I can never get that inheritance that I get that will make her more powerful than me."

"So this is all about the inheritance! I knew it, until now you are still using me!" I started strugling for my freedom again. But he stopped me by kissing me. At first I resist, but it was so amazing, I mean I missed it a lot, if I may say.

"Second, The contract is not true." he stopped as he saw that I was shocked with what he said.

"What did you say?!"

"I lied to you,so that you can marry me." He exclaimed but still composed.

"What did you say?!" I don;t know what to say anymore.

He rolled his eyes, then looked at me intensely, then kissed me again.

"Because third....I was the one who first fell in love with you!"

I was...on awe! What did he just said? Was I hearing the right words? Did he said that he lied to me, so that I can marry him because he loved me?! I was speechless.

"Azzy? hello? are you still there?"

I punched him again.

"Aw that's the third time, why are you cruel to me?" he complined.

I can't hold my tears anymore. " What did you say?"

His expression was changed, now he is serious. "I said I love you...so much that I might die without you." Then he kissed my forehead.

"Why are you doing this to me, Your making my believe again..." I sobbed and he hugged me. We are still alone in that room under the spotlight.

"I'm sorry that I made you cry many times. But believe me when I say that I love you!" He raise myself towards his. He leaned so that his lips would meet mine. "Do you believe me?"

I was still crying...but I nodded. He smiled.

"By the way are you also responsible for k********g the kids.?" I glared at him.

He smiled, innocently this time."haha about that...well..aamm. You won't allow me to come to you so I did my visitation my own way. Did you like it?"

"Very funny Nygel!" WE laughed. "Are we going out now? I mean it's getting creepy in here."

"Oh I almost forgot." He snapped his fingers. The lights went on, and it was magical! There was a table, like dinner with candle lights. It has so many balloons, and flowers all aver the place. My mouth opened by itself. "Do you like it?"

"This is so amazing!"

"I knew you would like it, well actually mom helped me. hahaha, oh those men that 'kidn*pped' you, was my dad's bodyguards, you will meet them later." He laughed at my expression.

"JERK!"

I was so happy that Azzy and I made up. We went home that night. There she saw everyone. Everone was happy that we made up. Jeremy was there with my twins.

I am really exhausted, but seeing myself right now, and seeing this new people in my life and my children... I can sy that I will never regret the day that I've decided Marrying My Maid.
