Raina’s pov
Once me and Luke were done with our training we went to our room and showered. I rested for a while then went downstairs to my office to look over some paperwork. I could hear the children down the hall in the childcare center.
I stood up from my seat and went to the center to see the little ones and read them a story for a while. After reading to the children I went back to my office and read a book as I sat in my comfy chair.
I must have fallen asleep for a while because when I woke up I see Luke sitting at my desk reading his own book. “How long have you been here?” I ask him as he looks up at me. “For at least an hour I didn’t wake you up due to you looked so peaceful sleeping.” He says calmly as he gets up and walks over to me.
He kneels down and kisses me tenderly
