Chapter Fifty-seven: Accepting.
Ivanna's POV
After my lessons, I headed to Jenny's place. It was about time we saw each other. I could swear it's been an eternity!
"Ivanna. You finally came to see me." She jumped on me, squeezing me into a hug.
"Uh, Jenny? You're suffocating me." I struggled out of her grip but only got out when she finally let go.
"I'm sorry. I couldn't help the excitement," she uttered under her breath. "I'm just too happy to see you after such a long time."
Ever since I started my lessons at the queen's, I never dropped by her quarters and she wasn’t allowed to step into the king’s quarters so there was no chance of her visiting me.
I smiled. "It’s okay, darling. I missed you so much. How have you been?"
"Good. Draven always came to check on me.”
