After everyone was gone, including the Daltons, the Blaqks sat down in the living room with troubled expressions on their faces. Ryan’s stepbrother, who had been absent during the anniversary party, immediately rushed back once he heard the news.
Mr. Blaqk was on the phone with the person who was supposed to recover the CCTV footage because it had been wiped out.
“What do you mean the CCTV cannot be recovered? What am I paying you guys for then?" Mr. Blaqk scolded the person on the other side of the line.
"Enough,” Ryan said, causing his father to be quiet for a while.
Reluctantly, Mr. Blaqk hung up on the technician and looked at Ryan.
“I will find out who is behind all this; anything you do, just know that you are wasting your time," said Ryan's dad.
