South Grand Thames Sea. A galleon cruiser is cruising 200 kilometers off the coast of Hibana city. A quiet and gentle wave solemnly crashing the keel of the ship, not even bulging it a little. On the port side of the ship, Admiral Wayne with binoculars on, looked over the horizon as he noticed something wrong. Little by little, an appearance of a mast is starting to get into his vision, alerting him. Looking at the sail, trying to identify the ship, there was no identification or whatsoever that pertains to its home country. There’s an international treaty that if a foreign ship were to enter the economic exclusive zone of the country, which spans 400 nautical miles.
