The Special Ones

Chapter 13

                                                                                        CRYSTAL

“Hey! Excuse me.” I was about to approach her but suddenly she ran, I followed her and noticed he threw her uniform which she pretends to be a nurse, I keep on following her and he turned into the corner, I saw her stopped because it was dead end, we only saw walls.

"That’s it no more running.” I panted and held unto my knees and stood up straight “I want you to answer me, are you the one who did it?"

"Why are not you answering?"

"Isn't it Obvious." she said I think we seem to be the same age, but she looked a bit older than me.

“You were the last person to enter the room, weren’t you?" she just blinked and her eyes suddenly changed into Dark blue the same color as the Sea, but one of her eyes was Red.

"What are you waiting for?"

"If you say so." I blinked and my eyes are now emerald green.

"A crystal user?" I felt a little nervous on what she said. "I rarely, ever see someone like you but do you know, They're all dead" I admit, I’m a little scared.

"Too bad that’s them, not me." her speed rotated, water came out from the faucets, pipe and anything that can be source of water. The water that she’s going to throw at me its quite big that can possibly gonna to drown me inside, she threw the water at me, raising my arms side wards it became a huge emerald crystal, I broke them into pieces throwing it back at her but she blocked it before it could reach her.

“Was that all you’ve got?" I knelt down and released spikey path that are made with crystals, she was fast dodging those spikes that almost stabbed her, I was thinking that she would release water but it was fire balls, coming right towards me, I blocked it using a shield that is made of crystals, good thing I blocked it bad it broke right away. My crystals are not yet that powerful and fully developed, this is what I get in cutting classes at the academy, i burned my arm slightly and I saw her walking towards me.

“I know your weakness is fire. "she said

"So, I won't kill you for now, I'm bored with you, I thought you were strong" she raised his hand and focused on me and he seemed to have a plan to target me, I spit him a piece of crystal senbon, a needle that is made by crystals with a point at both ends, but she easily avoided it by a slight movement on his head.

"Was that your final attack?" I scoffed at her and her brows met from my actions.

"Really? You think so?" she was silent and still blankly staring at me with those blue and red eyes of her.

'You know what, why don't you try to look behind you" she looked around saw a crystal senbon that increased its sized coming fast at her she kicked me in my belly so hard causing me to fly over and landed my back into the wall, it rained and attacked her immediately. I ducked and covered my head as the some of the crystals flew over the area after my final hit, sharp shards of crystals cut my skin but I ignored the pain. It was a bit dusty, I slowly got up with my hands in my belly and felt some pain, I looked into my hand I was stabbed by a crystal from the back, there was sharp crystals on the wall I landed into, i almost lose my balance but I held support from the wall with my right hand.

“You’re weak as ever” she’s still alive?! I raised my head, That's why. I forgot, she was a fire user, too. She used her fire armor, which explains she’s still alive, that fire armor is a burden, I cannot fight in my state like this, or else I’m going to lose some blood. I saw her walking slowly towards me, while I’m catching my breath from this stabbed wound.

“Oh, you’re hurt. Let’s just end this shall we?” I glared at her, suddenly there was blood spitting from my mouth, and I saw fire in her hands, she’s going to hit me with those large fireballs, I closed my eyes waiting for the fireballs to hit me but, I felt cold.

"You're lucky that I'm kind to you." i immediately turned my gaze to where that voice came from and it was Lance, he gave me a smile and his eyes turned an eye color of Ice blue, he walked closer at me and saw my belly that is stabbed by my crystals

" If it weren't for me you might have died." he looked closer to the wound and gave me a sigh, i wanted to punch his face for giving me that look, but I want to thank him.

“Don’t pull it out, well get it treated later.”

"I still wanted to fight."

"I'm tired and I thought it would be the end of me, but you came and saved my life." he cleared his throat and crosses his arms.

"That's what you get, when it comes to real combat. You've always cut classes." he said “Your crystal powers have not yet fully developed, the reason why your crystal’s easily break in some hard attacks" I stood up properly but when I looked on where was my opponent earlier.

"She's gone." Lance also looked at where I was looking and he saw nothing but the mess that’s gotten here, floors full of broken crystals and walls cracked and wet floor, you can visibly see the ice from lance. “It’s a mess here, I have to contact the others for erasing data, and repairing here so that others won’t be bothered.”

"Do you have two opponents are water and fire?" I stopped from walking and faced at him

"My opponent was a Double user."
