April's POV
'We need to talk April, and you know it,' Adrian said as I turned away from him to go upstairs.
We had just returned from the hospital. Rukky was not discharged because the doctor had insisted that she would be observed till morning.
Adrian had made sure that a nurse was stationed in her room to watch over her throughout the night. He cared for her very deeply and I couldn't stop coming up with different hypotheses as to who Rukky was to him.
'Adrian, I don't know what we have to talk about,' I said yawning tiredly.' If it is about moving into your room, I have agreed already. So what else are we going to talk about?' I asked.
'You are not supposed to heal the way you did if truly you don't have a wolf,' Adrian said.
