Eliana's P.O.V.
I woke up to someone squeezing my ankles and dragging me out of bed. when I hit the ground my head lands with a thud. I can feel the headache coming on
I try to grip the carpet to stop from being dragged, but it doesn't work. I finally open my eyes to see my father, Gabriel, dragging me towards the stairs.
This is not the first time this has happened. I am being dragged down all four flights of stairs. I land at the bottom of the stairs, but he keeps dragging me.
When he finally stops he grabs me by the hair and forces me onto my knees in front of my mother. He gets in my face and yells "Kiss the Luna's feet before I f*****g make you!"
I look at the ground with tears stinging my eyes and say "Yes, Alpha"
I kiss her feet. Twice on both feet to make sure my parents are pleased. While I'm doing this I can hear both of my siblings laughing at me.
My mother kicks me out of the way. "You have been called here because I need you to cook and clean and look presentable by 6pm tonight. Alpha Samuel and his son Future Alpha Jackson are coming to have dinner with our family. I want you on your best behavior and no asking for help
"
"Yes Luna. Right away. What would you like me to cook?" I say
I start with living room first. I clean the couches then the tables. I scrub the stone floors with a brush on my hands and knees. My knees are starting to bruise. Next I clean the hallway I vacuum and make sure everything is dust free. I clean the kitchen last. I start by making Lasagna from scratch because it will take me 4 hours to do that. I start by hand rolling the noodles and then making the sauce. After I'm done cooking and have the lasagna in the oven I do all the dishes, wipe down the counter, the s rub the floors.
The house I clean and the meal is in the oven. I'm back in my room getting ready. I put on a blue dress that I have had since I was 13. It's the nicest thing I own. I brush my hair and put it into a ponytail.
I go downstairs and stand behind the couch where my mother and father are sitting. I hear the oven timer go off right as there is a knock on the door. My parents and siblings go to the door while I am taking the food out of the oven. I bring snacks out into the living room and set them on the table in front of the couch. I then go back to the kitchen and put the garlic bread into the over. once I'm done I go back to the living room and stand in the corner.
I take deep breath and notice the most amazing smell in the world. I have never smelled anything like it. It smells like teakwood and ocean mist. It's so heavenly I am salivating. I have kept my head down this entire time, but because of the smell I finally look up to see where it's coming from. When I look up I see the most beautiful golden brown eyes. They look like 2 pieces of glowing amber. I am stunned by this man's beauty. I can see that he is talking, but I don't know who too. I am to mesmerized by his goddess given beauty. He has high cheek bones and a sharp jaw line and the most kissable pink lips I have ever seen.
I hear the oven timer go off so I peel my eyes away from this man and head to the kitchen. I take the garlic bread out of the oven and set it on the counter to cool. When I turn around he is standing right in front of me. I feel like I'm going to faint. I can feel his power rolling off of him like ocean waves.
"I'm Jackson and you are?" He ask while sticking out his hand. I grab his hand I feel sparks shoot up my arm. I never felt anything like this before. My eyes go wide in surprise and he just smiles at me
He has a smile as bright as the sun.
"I'm El-Eliana." I finally respond, stuttering my own name. My mother comes into the kitchen and starts shrieking.
She grabs my arm and rips me away from Jackson whispering "You have no right to touch him."
