How we met is fiendishly comical Of your bravado you said you were robbed. Wary of my slur unsure. That you couldn't accept the intuited prize Even when I netted your eyes. You sent the fair friend you sat with Like he was the one enamoured To see if he can have me disarming lured To your victorious bossom. But the sweetness of his tongue never hypnotized me Neither was I enthralled by his affable quips But out of his pry to be free I showed him how to reach me again For I never see one as frisky as him Unknown to me he was not swain. Got me intrigued I never knew he was not the real swain That behind the garden was the prince charming you Waiting for this fair friend with something good to hear. Today how we became really closed Is beyond my intuition For I can't believe we could come this far. There fore I see to our friendship As part of our destiny. And now you should know I can't forget you. You are the reason why my world is as chirpy as you.
