Ginger Fields POV
I woke up early and made sure I put my mum’s gift into my box, thankfully it fit into the box. I was able to pad it with a few of my clothes so it does not break or get ripped in any way. When I brought the painting out of the paper bag, I saw the painting and I knew that my mother would really love it so I took proper care to ensure that when I got home I was going to give her in good shape.
After rearranging the box, I left for the airport. I always made sure I was at the airport at least 20 to 30 minutes earlier than my flight because I had a fear of missing my flights and thankfully this time was no different before we took off I called my mother to let her know. She said she was going to be at the airport to pick me up and I could not wait!
