Ginger Fields POV.
My mum and I finally left the dining room at about 9 pm and that is because my mother said she knew that I needed to unpack and even though she knew that I had slept, I knew that she was tired too and that was probably her main reason for finally going in to sleep.
We spent the evening talking and catching up on the things we had missed out on each other while I was away. She made sure I told her a lot about Adrien. After indulging my mother in the Adrien Texture gist and how persistent he had been in getting my attention and in wooing me, I in turn listened as my mum told me all the neighborhood drama that had occurred while I was away from home, after all the talk and a yawn from her that meant she was tired and sleepy, she finally let me go to bed.
