As I got out of my car and walked into the house, I could feel the strain from all the work that I had done today. I just wanted to go in the shower and then fall into my bed, but not before seeing Ginger.
“Hey Roger, where is Ginger?”
“She is on the balcony, on the first floor. She said she just wanted to be there till you got back. She did not really eat a lot but I made them take some snacks for her just in case she got hungry.”
