I had called but I was still the one surprised by the reply I got. Ginger seemed very happy, happier than she normally sounded when I called her and now she was asking a favor. I was quiet for a few seconds as I tried to think of what she might want from me.
But I could not come up with something so I just chuckled and asked,
“Okay, I am all ears, Ginger.”
