1 It had been two full weeks since I had left the house. Truth be told, I was going a little mad. I know I’m only nineteen and don’t have a ton of life experience, but this was the wildest thing I had ever seen. I first heard a news reporter blabbing about something called “the coronavirus” back in February, just after Valentine’s Day, I think. I had just broken up with Heather, and was pretty much doing nothing but going to class, coming home and drinking beer on the couch until I passed out.
