I straighten my robe and make sure that nothing looks amiss. I stand up straight and the door opens. Jay walks in and stops dead in his tracks. "Wow, you look amazing." He says. But I don't pay attention to him as I see Cameron walking in behind him with her head down.
She looks so fragile. Her shiny hair is dull and matted. Her perfect figure is smaller than it use to be. I look closer and see that she is paler than normal and all the excitement that was once in her eyes is gone. She is a shell of what she use to be and I let out a growl. Her head shoots up and I see her eyes glint when she sees that I'm the one she came to see.
