Fumbling with my car keys, I strolled towards the grocery store eying the list casually.

Nutella

eggs

cereals..

walking through the aisle I collected my usual almond milk and searched for the Korean ramen ? noodle, grabbing it I turn to my cart to make my way to get the billing done.

I love walking around eyeing new snacks and different food items it's something so normal but I usually find myself getting very excited. Typical foodie

On the way to my apartment I greeted uncle jasper a very amazing kind-hearted person who owns a flower shop just next to my apartment.

He is one of those persons who helped me in getting settled here. His wife and children died 5 yrs ago in a very brutal car accident. May their soul rest in peace

I couldn't get those beautiful Amethyst orbs out of my mind. I couldn't figure out how he got shot? Is he into dark business?

His whole aura exuded a totally different one which I've never experienced before, those piercing dark orbs with that greek godly figure?

Opening my apartment door I entered and took a long exhausting sigh after lying on my couch. Atlast! I'm done with my chores

I don't have any desire to do anything now I'll order some Chinese takeouts and watch the remaining episodes of the vampire diaries.

Before that lets settle the assignments which I had left in the middle it would barely take 30 mins.

Putting my airpods on I played some BTS and blackpink playlist and resumed my assignment.

Done.

Hearing my doorbell ringing I collected my Chinese takeouts and dimmed the lights and settled down on the couch and continued from where I left the last time. Mikaelson's and Salvatore's are truly goddamn hot.

Tangled on my bedsheet lying up side down on my bed I searched for my phone which is ringing for the 3rd time.

"Hello" I said grumpily

"f*****g get up you b***h I'm calling you for the sixth time you don't have the decency to pick at least the second or third time don't tell me you forgot that we had planned an outing today"

her Italian accent laced with fury rang through my fragile ears.

Her screaming literally broke my slumber. With one eye half opened I quietly looked at the time. Oh! 14:39 ah! Cool I forgot

"Talia, I-uh-how are you?!"

"We are waiting better be here in the next 30 mins" I pouted today's my day off can't i get some well deserved peaceful sleep

"Whaaat" I whined

"Hida babe plzz" another voice rang through

"Alright Jordan, I'll be there in a few"

"Okay, hurry up"

Wearing a light shirt, loose boyfriend jeans with black sneakers. Letting my hair flow freely with light makeup.

I carried my wallet and phone and made my way out making sure everything is secured and turned off.

Today weather seems to be a bit cloudy I literally forgot to call my mom. God! Bless me

Calling her I drove casually

Ring.. ring ..

"Miss hida rayeen where in the hell were you to be too busy to at least give a call to your old ageing mother dying here out of tension, Huh! Your father keeps on askin' questions, hella worried about you! Now, see no words are coming out of her mouth, I'm wasting my energy on these stupid children of mine, why do I even bother! I swear if you were infront of me i would have whooped this careless ass of yours"

" Wife let her speak first "

I can hear my father's voice in the background

"Mom, I am so sorry I just kind of gotta lot of assignments and tasks to do so it kind of left my mind. How are y'all doing! "

I explained about my busy schedule these days

" You promised that you wouldn't over exert yourself "

my mom's worried voice came out slowly

"I'm not mom"

I assured my mom

"As you say, take care of yourself y-give me the phone I want to talk to my daughter"

suddenly my dad's voice rang through the phone

"Hey dad" I replied now feeling homesick

"How are you doing my child you left this old man all alone with this dangerous lady" I chuckled thoroughly amused at what he said.

" 'Oh now I'm the dangerous one' - nope but you look extremely beautiful today my wife" I laughed lightly already imagining my mom's blushing face. God I love them so much

"Alright mom dad I'll call you later I'm heading off to somewhere"

"Sure my princess take care and don't forget to give a call otherwise you know your mom"

"Sure, dad love you"

"Love you too my child "

Cutting the call I looked around to see if I'm at the current location only to spot the waving hands of my friends.

Making my way towards them we made our way to get something for ourselves to eat while watching movie.

Stupid, utterly stupid, idiots why do they even have this curiosity, the girl should just run away from that haunted house and save herself .

After a long tiring yet intersting and amazing day, I casually strolled in the calming peaceful night.

Taking a huge sigh I looked at the stars, breezing leaves creating a very soothing aura sitting on the bench.

Those piercing amethyst orbs are not leaving my mind. His wound must have healed I hope he just got some professional medical help.

Somewhere deep within me I wish to meet him again but my rational mind knows very well that he is a dangerous man not only his powerful aura but everything about him screams that.

"Do you usually come here at this time"

a calm husky deep voice broke me out of my chain of thoughts.

Although I subconsciously knew from deep within me I still turned to make sure

Clad in black suit with top three buttons of his shirt undone perfectly showcasing the muscles, his well built physique.

"Yes, it gives me peace taking a walk here spending time with nature it gives me clarity in my life, you could say a well deserved me time"

I replied honestly, shamelessly gazing at his chiseled jaw it has light stubble. Wait! I literally forgot about his wound I quickly looked to find nothing much.

"How is your wound"

I inquired looking up, his dark amethyst eyes solely fixed on me gazing intensely it has something deep hidden in it making me bit nervous.

" I took medical help as you said mio amore"

I felt relieved knowing that he took medical help but I couldn't figure out what he said at the end my more what does it even mean

"Oh! That's good"

his beautiful amethyst green orbs Illuminating under moonlight darkness radiating from miles within.

He made his way towards me with his powerful long strides.

"Are you judging me with your eyes"

I asked seeing his constant gaze on me.

He lightly chuckled looking at me

"Why do you think so"

his deep alluring accent coated voice rung through this eerily silent night.

" You keep on looking at me without saying anything"

I spoke deeply admiring his dazzling smile. He has a very beautiful smile

"You are just extremely beautiful"

he spoke in a dark voice his orbs glimmering with a glint.

I blushed furiously at his words and the way he is looking at me.

" Be ready tomorrow at 7 pm"

I looked up at him with questioning gaze

Huh!

"Excuse me" I

spoke confusion laced in my tone

"I'm taking you out tomorrow "

his powerful authority filled voice didn't seemed like he was asking.

With that he came forward and gave a deep lingering forehead kiss which for me felt like century but heaven too!

"Don't linger in dark for too long"

his dark gaze as if warning me entrapping me into this maze of his eye's, they are so alluring with this closeness I can make out some speck of emerald in it. I nodded absent-minded-ly

"Take care mia regina"

with that said he was gone like light.

I don't know what happened right now.
