I woke up the next morning with an intense hunger that felt like I hadn't eaten in days. I quickly brushed my teeth, had my bath and came out only to meet Clara on my bed with my breakfast.
I love her.
"Good morning" she's said cheerily as usual
"Good morning Clara" I sat on my bed, "let me add that you are a life saver because I was starving"
"Its my job Eva" she smiled at me.
"How are you?" She asked
"I'm good, just hungry" I answered, eating my food.
"I mean, how are you really?" I paused for a second and looked at her.
"I don't know really, I feel empty, and I just want to forget everything because the pain I feel is only heightened by this pregnancy" I sighed.
"I'm here for you Eva, if you ever need anything" I nodded and continued eating.
