“Poisoned by who?” Tristan probed in his Alpha voice, which sent a cold shiver down my spine, and I could see fear written over everyone’s face as gazes traveled from one person to the next.
The once lively atmosphere in the lounge took an abrupt turn, like a balloon suddenly deflating. A hush fell over the pack members, and all eyes locked on the maid at the entrance.
