THE NEXT DAY
I can still hear Lily's voice in my head, like a catchy tune that plays over and over. Her remarks seem to have moved inside my thoughts and are now constantly repeating themselves. I can't seem to get rid of this nagging itch. "Fine! Go ahead and storm off. It's not like you care about what’s going to happen anyway." By that, what does she mean? What is going to occur that does not matter to me?
She is undoubtedly trying to conceal something, but why? Why won't she tell me what's gone wrong between them so that I can perhaps help them work things out? All I have to do is keep this pack in check and work to bring everyone together in harmony.
