“Don’t you want to ditch my little brother and hang out with me? What do you see in that loser anyway?” James asked, arrogantly.
KC stared at him, confused. Is he talking about Steven? Why would he talk about him that way? From the way Steve talk about his older brother, it was apparent that they weren’t close but to call him a loser? What is going on?
“See. You want to, don’t you?” James was disconcertingly close. “C’mon, admit it. You find me attractive too. Most women do. I’m the heir, the prince. Why would you waste your time with the servant instead?”
Servant? “What are you talking about?” KC demanded, stepping away from him in revulsion. She hurried towards the door but he sidestepped her, palm against the wall effectively trapping.
“Oh, he didn’t tell you?” He asked in amusemen
