“How was your day?” Steven asked as soon as she reached him, waving at Mark who stopped at the edge of the CS building, he’s already running late to his next class.
“It was okay. A little slow.” She replied, kissing his cheek. “You?” She queried back.
He shrugged, opening the passenger door for her. “Nothing much. Just arranged the books on the new shelf. Then I called the police to follow-up on the fingerprints on the last note.”
“Did they find anything?” She asked without much hope.
“No.” He replied frowning. “Like the first ones, this one was clean except for our prints.
