Dannaya's POV
I woke up to the annoying sound of my alarm clock.
Arrgghh!
Sh*t. My head felt like it was about to split in two. I guess that's what happens when you cry yourself to sleep.
Urrgh.
I actually cried in front of Czack.
Grrr.
Whatever. I swear, though, that will be the first and last time I ever cry like that.
Duh. I should take a shower.
I got out of bed, straightened my pillows and blanket, and headed into the bathroom. There was no point in eating before taking a shower anyway.
After what felt like 123456789 years, I was finally done.
Tsk. Just kidding.
Thirty minutes later, I stepped out of the bathroom. As usual, I put on my wig and contact lenses before applying a little makeup.
Tada!
Goddess mode.
Tsk. Someone's getting a little too full of herself.
Don't mind the author.
Anyway, back to the story.
After finishing my morning routine, I left my room and went downstairs.
Mom, Dad, and Czack were already sitting at the dining table.
"Morning, Ija," Mom greeted me.
"Morning, anak," Dad said.
"Morning, baby."
You already know who that was.
"Morning," I replied coldly.
After the brief exchange of greetings, we began eating.
Silence filled the dining room. Not a single person spoke.
Five minutes later, I stood up.
"Bye."
"Ahm, by. When you get home later, can we talk?" Czack asked.
"K."
I left without another word.
I headed toward the garage, where my driver was already waiting.
He greeted me, and I simply nodded before getting into the car. A moment later, he started the engine and drove toward the academy.
---
Fast Forward
I was already in our classroom, sitting with Lessanna and the others.
They were being ridiculously noisy.
And guess what they were talking about?
Magic.
Again.
Oh, great.
I'm seriously going to lose my mind.
"Naya!" Lance called.
I looked at him.
"What?"
"Do you believe in magic?"
I raised an eyebrow.
"Why? Do you guys have magic?"
The entire group went silent.
Judging by their expressions, I'd hit a nerve.
"A-ah... huh?" Thia stammered. She was the first to recover from the shock.
"Tsk. You're all terrible at hiding things," I said.
"W-wait. Why would you say that?" Rey asked.
"Czack told me about magic. So tell me—are you guys connected to him?"
Before anyone could answer—
Riiing! Riiing!
"Guys, let's eat first," Thia suddenly said.
Tsk.
Nice escape.
It was obvious she was avoiding the question.
Since I had nothing better to do, I followed them to the cafeteria.
When we arrived, the boys ordered their food while Thia and Lessanna placed their orders.
I ordered mine as well.
Once my food arrived, I sat beside Lessanna and began eating.
Everything was peaceful for exactly a few minutes.
Then someone spoke from behind us.
"Oh, look who's here... the weirdos."
I looked up.
Of course.
The school clown.
"Tsk. Just leave weirdos," someone said.
"And why should we leave?" I asked coldly. "Do you own these seats?"
"How dare you!"
Before I could react, she grabbed her shake and poured the entire thing over me.
Shit.
The cold liquid soaked my clothes.
"Hahahaha! That suits you, b***h!" she laughed.
My hands tightened beneath the table.
They're really pushing their luck.
We hadn't done anything to them, yet they kept finding new ways to provoke us.
I slowly lifted my head.
Something inside me shifted.

Rey's POV
Whoa.
Maybe this is my first POV.
Anyway, back to what happened.
We were eating when that bitchy clown suddenly appeared behind Dannaya.
"Oh, look who's here... the weirdos," she mocked."Tsk. Just leave, weirdos," one of them said.
"And why should we leave? Do you own these seats?" Dannaya asked coldly.
"How dare you!"
The girl suddenly grabbed her shake and poured it all over Dannaya.
We gasped.
But before any of us could say anything, the entire cafeteria began to shake.
Hard.
The floor trembled beneath our feet.
Tables rattled.
Chairs scraped across the floor.
Students screamed.
I immediately looked at Thia.
Maybe she was doing it.
But she wasn't.
"Ahh! Earthquake!" someone screamed.
"It's so strong!"
Panic spread throughout the cafeteria.
"Thia, control it!" Anna shouted. "Make it stop!"
"I can't!" Thia yelled back. "I'm trying, but nothing is happening!"
"Holy Spirit..." Lance whispered.
We all turned toward him.
Then we followed his gaze.
My eyes widened.
"Oh no..."
"Is this real?"
"Of course it is, stupid," I muttered to Anna.
Because suddenly, I understood.
It wasn't Thia.
It was Dannaya.
The earthquake was coming from her.
The stronger her emotions became, the harder the ground shook.
Then Dannaya suddenly lost her balance.
She fell.
And the instant her body began to descend toward the floor—
The earthquake stopped.
Completely.
But before she could hit the ground, someone caught her.
We all stared at the person holding her.
My mouth fell open.
"Oh my God..."
"Whoa..."
"Kyaa!"
It was Leader.
"Tsk. Follow me," he ordered.

Czack's POV
I knew coming to pick up Nnell was the right decision.
Thankfully, I arrived just in time to catch her.
If I hadn't...
I didn't even want to think about what could have happened.
We were now back at home, waiting for Nnell to wake up.
I turned toward the others.
I needed answers.
"What happened?" I asked coldly.
Rey took a deep breath before explaining everything.
"We were eating when that clown suddenly approached Danna. She started bullying us and told us to leave our seats. Danna got angry and answered her back. Then the girl poured her shake over Danna."
He paused.
"That's when the earthquake started."
I remained silent.
Rey continued.
"At first, I thought Thia was causing it. But she couldn't control it. Then Danna lost her balance and started falling. The moment she fell, the earthquake stopped."
His expression became serious.
"That's when we realized the earthquake was coming from her."
I clenched my jaw.
So it had finally happened.
Her power had awakened.
There was no more time to hide the truth.
"We need to transfer Nnell to Sapphire Academy," I said firmly.
"Sapphire what?"
I froze.
Slowly, I turned toward the voice behind me.
Nnell was standing there.
She stared at me with narrowed eyes.
Tsk.
Of course.
Looks like I'm going to have to explain everything all over again.
