Chapter 12 – Misunderstandings

r. Fernandez and Mr. West, that is the two soldiers that were reconnoitering the campsite, were struck by the fact that the two other colleagues, that is Mr. Ivanov and Mr. Walker, were not there.
“There’s something weird here,” Mr. Fernandez said in a low tone of voice.
“Mr. Ivanov! Mr. Walker!” Mr. West shouted, trying to intercept the two missing soldiers. No answer.
“f**k! Where the hell did they get to?” the marine of Mexican origin wondered. Since there was no trace of the two men, Mr. West suggested that General Stone should be warned about their disappearance.
“Wait!” Mr. Fernandez prevented him from acting. Then he went on saying, “Look down there! The medical module’s door is half-closed, which is something unusual. Let’s go take a look!”
