Judy’s POV I was still standing there, lost in my thoughts, my heart beating so fast I was sure everyone could hear it. The music changed. Soft. Slow. Romantic. Before I could understand what was happening, David suddenly stepped forward. Then— He knelt in front of me. Right there. In front of everyone. Gasps filled the hall. My breath caught in my throat.
