Haneul rubbed her waist with a warm towel. It was still swollen. She felt pain in entire body. A soft groan escaped out of her mouth. Haneul sat down on the bed with a thump. Her face twisted up as she held back tears. Her chest tightened as more and more sobs escaped from her throat. The sound of footsteps coming towards her snapped her attention to the door. Her breathing started to quicken when her eyes met with the same green eyes that haunted her dreams.
"Are you okay?" A deep voice asked. Haneul could hardly believe he came to see her like this, but his voice seemed to be the only thing grounding her. "Come here." She was trembling in fear. Her father was staring at her coldly. Tears welled up in her eyes. She walked close to him and lowered her head. His hand gently stroked her hair and then moved away. Her head felt hot.
"It was your punishment." Her father said coldly. Haneul looked up at him with widened eyes. "You did something wrong. You disobeyed me. You're a daughter of mine, and I will do whatever it takes for you to learn your lesson." She trembled and tried to step back. Her legs gave way under her and she fell to the ground. Her father grabbed her arm and roughly pulled her up. She winced and whimpered as she rubbed her wrist. "Don't disobey me and your brother again." He spat before walking out of the room. Haneul sobbed quietly. "They are animals." Haneul whispered to herself. She crawled onto the bed, where she curled into a ball. "This is not how it's supposed to end...not my fault..."

Sang-Woon stopped his car in front of the Joon mansion. He glanced everywhere. He was covering his face with a black mask. He sighed heavily and got out of the car. "He should be here." He mumbled while glancing at his watch. After a few moments, someone came out of the house. He immediately hides behind the bush and waits for him to get in the car. As the man got into his car, Sang-Woon immediately hopped in his car and started to follow him. It was a long drive until finally they reached their destination. He watched as the man climbed into a van.
"What's the plan? Should we go ahead and do it?" One of the other two members asked.
"No. He might try to take revenge." The other one said.
"Do we have a plan, though?" A third member questioned.
The first person turned to him. "I have a plan, but I need your help."

Sung-Woon watched as the van disappeared around the corner. The last thing he saw were the two men jumping down from the van. They ran away without even looking back. He took his phone from the dashboard and called someone. "He is on the way." Sang-Woon said.
"Good." Sang-Woon nodded.
"How do you want to go about this? Just shoot them?"
"No. We just need to wait till he shows up and make sure there are no witnesses."
"Okay. How are you going to do that? He has some kind of security system."
"Leave that to us. We will come up with something. Just stay alert." He hung up the call and started the car.

Sang-Woon got out of the car as he reached the place where the van had parked. He checked around him before entering. The place looked abandoned. There was nobody around except for some crates filled with weapons. He scanned every part of the area but saw nothing suspicious. He heard footsteps coming his direction and quickly hid behind a crate. Someone stepped passed the crate right past him and headed straight to another crate. He peeked out from behind his cover. He saw the guy standing next to the second crate with g*n pointed at something inside it. Before he could move he heard the guy scream. Sang frowned. Was there someone else hiding there? He quickly took some pictures of the place and crates. The guy continued screaming, probably in pain.
"Someone else is in here!" The guy screamed. Sang-Woon couldn't see who he was speaking to but from what he had seen it wasn't good. "Get out! You know you can't hide there forever!" He yelled. Sang-Woon immediately took out his g*n and slowly stepped toward the other room while scanning everywhere. As Sang-Woon saw the man who was pointing the g*n to another one who was lying on the floor, he quickly took a chance and pointed his g*n back at his head. "Drop the gun." He ordered firmly. The guy raised his hands in surrender. "Everything is clear." He said through the Bluetooth. "Who are you?" The man asked in fear. "I am Moon Sang-Woon, Officer Moon Sang-Woon."

"Do you find anything else?" the officer asked Sang-Woon. "No, I just found nothing else."
He sighed in frustration and ran a hand through his hair. "What if we are wasting our time? What if there're more things here that aren't in the police report?" He looked around the place again, this time more carefully.
"There is no other evidence besides this room," Sang-Woon told him, trying to calm down. The other officer was starting to get on his nerves with his constant questions and questioning of Sang-Woon's every statement. "Sir, I am doing my work perfectly."
"I do not doubt your job," Officer Kim said, but he did raise his eyebrow skeptically. "But why don't you try to research again?"
Sang felt like punching something. "I already did it twice!" He was getting fed up with having to repeat himself over and over again. He took a deep breath before he continued. "I am not going to give you another reason to doubt me."
Officer Kim sighed. "Try it again." Sang-Woon bowed at him and headed out of his office.

Soo-Yun turned on her laptop and let out a sigh. "Let's look at it again." She opened the file, and it showed all the evidence of her father and Mr. Kim's case. Her eyes narrowed as she found something new. "How did I miss it?" She whispered. "Who is this guy? What is he doing here?" He saw a man wearing a black leather suit and his face was covered with a black mask as well. He was in two pictures. "I need to find him." She thought as she went to another folder on her computer, and she found an old article.
Her eyes widened when she saw the picture of the man. "He really looks like someone I know..." she muttered as her eyes scanned the paragraph.
The article explained everything about the case of Mr. Kim's Son. And then...
"They think it might be the one responsible for all the murders of several police officers." Soo-Yun frowned. "What does that even mean?" She said out loud, "Wait, he is the police officer who misbehaved with me last time." She wondered. "I need to visit the police station."
