Chapter 6: My Mother, My Mirror She never said bad things about you. Not once. That was her way of protecting me ar rather attaching me to you. this chapter is supposed to literate the similarities between my mother and I . So you thought.unfortunately my mother and I held very different views of the world. Many are the times she tried to impose these views on me and as rebellious as I was and still am I chose not to amicate those views .But this one time as precious like a dime to a mime we choose to be on the similar page . She didn’t cry often. That’s why I remember the night she did. I wonder if she still cries, quietly, when I’m not within the line of vision. Maybe that was her own love letter to the pain and void you consequently left her with.I wonder about her commitment to you I have never seen a human so loyal to a man so rigid. where is the commonality? you might ask during my days as a pre-teen. I remember the first day you left and we both cried .I went as far as to write a song. The similarity here is the pain we find in your absence that we both share for you
