Kelly was already standing at the counter perusing the menu when Morgan got to the Shanghai. She had her back to the door, but Morgan recognized her long dark grey hair and slender silhouette, even without seeing her vividly green eyes. “What do you usually get?” Kelly turned around and asked her. “The sticky wings,” Morgan admitted. “And either the veggie lo mien or the stir-fried veggies. Today I’m getting the lo mien. I’ll eat healthy another day.” “I always get the wings too,” Kelly agreed. “And the lo mien sounds like a winner.” She placed the order for both of them, collected their iced teas, and picked out a booth in the back. “I could have carried the tea,” Morgan laughed. “It’s only a shopping bag. I still have a hand free.” “That’s ok, this makes me feel useful.” Kelly smile
