Stephanie P.O.V.
I can’t believe I am stuck in Alpha Chancellor's pack, and I am forced to be a rogue. He doesn’t want to further alienate the Alpha King Graham Bellingham by granting a she-wolf that tried to hurt his precious cousin a safe haven. Nevertheless, he will let me stay here as long as I help him to get Falynn back. I don’t understand what the big fuss is about that Omega. So what if she is a royal omega? So, what if she has the Alpha king ear? Alpha Chancellor is such a fool.
I have been watching that **** from the moment I heard Alpha Brett had come back to the pack with a woman. My spies always keep me informed. The information I got today **** me off totally. I can't believe they're away at his cabin trying to make a baby. How dare he plan to have a baby with someone else? This news I got from my spies inside his pack hurt me to my very core. I don't want her to get pregnant. She can't get pregnant. I have to be the one to give him an heir. I need to be the only woman that ever carries his babies.
Finding out this only makes it easier for me to kill her at whatever cost. Once she is dead, he will have no other choice but to choose a chosen mate and who is better for the job than me. I will wait until after his grieving period is over. Then, find a way to bump into him and make him fall in love with me finally. Besides, why should she have a happily ever after with him when I am the one who sacrificed everything for him, all my hopes and dreams? I was hoping that one day he would finally see me, love me and make me his chosen mate and Luna.
Chancellor P.O.V.
It had been weeks since my botched attempt to bring Luna Falynn home. I have been notified that Beta Peter is in charge. While, Alpha Brett and my woman go on a long-awaited honeymoon. I got a mindlink stating my resident rogue, Stephanie, would like to speak with me. I mindlink back that I am on the way. I have her living in Falynn's old cabin. My pack members rarely venture into that area and my warriors know she is a secret guest. So I grab some paperwork I want her to view and head her way.
"Stephanie, it's been a while." I said with a smirk. I been told her don't contact me unless she has news, or it's important. I don't want to be bothered otherwise.
"Hello, Alpha Chancellor! Yes, I have been getting insight into Brett and his pack. And what have you been doing?" she asked as she sat down.
"The same!" I answered. " "Alpha Brett and that omega are at his private cabin located away from the packland. I have the location." she revealed, to me with a smirk, as she handed me a piece of paper with the location on it.
"When do you want to attack? I asked, thinking that arrogant bastard dared to take her off his land, which means he doesn't consider me a true threat. His mistake indeed.
"As soon as possible! We can't allow him to get her pregnant." she replied as I unrolled a roll of paper and placed it on top of the desk in her small den.
"And what is that?" she asked.
"It's a map of the packlands and blueprints of the castle." I revealed.
"I don't need to see that. I know where all the secret passageways are and I know the pack lands very well." she stated, sounding very cocky.
"Well, did you know that the old emergency exit from the bunker leads into this abandoned warehouse before they made the new one facing the other way?" I asked with a grin as I showed her on the map.
"No! I didn't! That's very interesting!" she said as she poured herself a drink.
"And the best part is that if we fill the whole tunnel with wolfsbane, we will most definitely successfully leave with my precious cargo, Luna Falynn. No werewolf would dare enter it. Even if they find the tunnel, they won't go in because of the wolfsbane. I have ordered wristbands that are scent blockers and protective gloves and masks for my team. So they won't smell us either and we won't be injured in the process." I conveyed.
"Good plan.......when do you want to expedite it?" she probed with a smirk. I know she has no plan to leave Falynn alive and I will just have to make sure she doesn't kill her.
"Soon! I am waiting for a special weapon to arrive and then we can proceed. Just in case I have to fight him again I want to be prepared. He almost got the best of me last time." I disclosed to her.
"Okay! You are smarter than I thought, Alpha Chancellor." she said, smiling at me. "Yes, I have a solid plan in place!" I responded as I prepared to leave the cabin.
Stephanie is so sure she will be with that Alpha Brett after all of this. I can promise that will not happen. For Falynn to be fully free from him, he needs to be dead. She needs to have no one but me left to love her. We will start over. She will depend on my love the way it was supposed to be from the beginning. I will make every wrong I have done to her right. She will eventually forgive me and love me.
My plan is simple. I have someone watching that pack and I will soon have someone watching their little love nest. I know someone has to be bringing them supplies and food. If I can get my hands on their supplies and drug them long enough to carry her away, I am good.
I was a fool to have mistreated her before. My own fate mate died when I was ten years old. I had never met her, but the scar of a lost mate appeared on my neck and I felt her die. Then, I got infatuated with that slut, Amanda Falcon.
The biggest mistake I ever made next to letting Falynn slip out of my hands. Falynn was incredible and awesome for the restructuring of my pack's finances. I had inherited too many debts from my father. She helped me pay them off and become wealthy again in the short time she was a part of my pack.
I mistakenly put that slut, Amanda, before the real prize of Falynn. I am sure in time I can make her fall in love with me.
My Beta Ross warned me to treat her better and pay more attention to her. He felt that she had too much time alone on her hands. But I thought it meant she was content with her life since she never made a fuss. Now, I know never to underestimate Luna Falynn or think she is above being deceitful. Especially with her tricking me into signing divorce papers without me knowing what I was actually signing them. My parents are still furious with me.
Plus, people still think I am impotent because of her. I plan to show her just how impotent I really am.
My wolf, Dustin, liked Falynn from the start and begged me to do right by her. I wish I had listened to both of them instead of that damn slut.
