The Last Wolfenstein

Chapter Six- Just the beginning

I couldn't believe what I was seeing, were my eyes deceiving me. I shook my head to make sure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me. Sure enough there were five hunters standing around with two rogues on thick chained leashes.

"Did you really think you would get away from us!". My attention is now drawn to the hunter talking to someone or something in front of him. I can see a figure on the ground trying to move, she grunts out in pain. " We own this land now!, he grabs the girl by her throat. She is naked like the day she was born, trying to shield her self from the dirty eyes of the others. There is blood trickling down her side, she must of got hit while in wolf form. " How about we deliver your head to your precious Alpha". This gets my blood boiling how dare they think they own this land, how dare they think they can treat others like this. He is now holding the girl in the air by her neck she is desperately clawing at his hands to break free.

I can't take it anymore in one swift move I jump from my hiding spot, draw my blade and cut his hands off at the wrist. A bloody curdling scream is heard through out the Forrest. Blood squirts from his wrist covering the young girl. He stumbles backwards and falls to his knees. He looks into my eyes "who are you", I remove my contacts. He face turns pale with fear as he stares into my eyes finally dying at my feet. I raise my blade pointing it towards the others glaring at them. The rogues begin to cry and try to flee, seeing this the hunters begin to panic. "HOW DARE YOU" I have unleashed my inner Wolfenstein, "HOW DARE YOU KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE ON MY LAND, NOW YOU SHALL ALL JOIN YOUR FRIEND". They quickly go to draw there guns but I'm quicker, in one quick swipe three heads roll in front of the feet of the one hunter left.

He is all but a boy not even eighteen, I slowly make my way towards him blood dripping from my blade. He is shaking and starts walking backwards only to fall. The rogues dare not move from their spot eyes glued to the ground. I stop right Infront of the boy he is crying like a p***y. "Ppplease don't kill me, I never wanted this life, I never wanted to be a hunter". This made my heart hurt,most children born into our world don't get a choice, we don't get to be free and follow our dreams, get to go to college or even have a love life. He starts to cry again " I I I wanted to go to school and become an paleontologist". I look at him dead in the eyes, I can see his telling me the truth. I reach my hand into my pocket, he flinches at this. I raise my eyebrow at him "I'll make you a deal, leave now and never come back, go to college and send me a postcard every two weeks". He is shocked at my response, I throw a roll of cash at him. "This should be enough to get you started until you get a job" "oh and kid if I find out you haven't stuck to this deal I will hunt you down" making sure to look into his eyes so he can see how serious I am.

"Thankyou, thankyou. I promise you I won't and I'll make you proud" he is now on his knees bowing to me "quickly go before the other hunters notice your gone". He nods his head and sprints off "Ollie follow him to the border make sure he leaves" I knew the pack wouldnt listen and they followed me. Ollie bolts off in the same direction. The others step out from where they were hiding and make them self known. The young girl is sitting up in shock at the scene before her, Freya heads over to her direction to calm her down.

The two rogues are still standing in front of me heads down waiting for their death. I approach them with Banjo at my side, I remove the leashes and drop them to the floor. They seem confused by this action and now are staring at Banjo. "Do you agree to leave this land, town and never return". They stare at me for a moment and nod in agreement, "good now leave". They sprint off with no hesitation, I nod add banjo to follow to make sure they have crossed the border.
