Chapter Seven- The Girl

The Forrest is now quiet, you can hear the crickets chirping and the wind through the leaves. It's soothing, peaceful making my soul feel at ease. I put my blade away as Ollie and Banjo return to signal that the others have left the territory. I turn around to see the other four bodies laying lifeless on the ground, I click my fingers and they burst into flames. Disintegrating Infront of us, I look up to see the young girl shaking with fear. Fear in her eyes as she looks between the burning bodies and me, it's due to these powers I need to find out who my father is and what he is.

I slowly make my way to the girl trying not to startle her, Freya can see her in distress and licks her face to bring her back to reality. "Are you going to kill me cause I won't go down without a fight" she try's to say with strength in her words. This makes me smile after everything she has endured and witness she still won't go down without a fight. "I assure you I won't end your life today pup", she stares at me finally starting to relax. She growns in pain and I notice she still hasn't heald, "why aren't you healing ?" I say pointing at her wound. "They use wolfsbane" after those words she pass's out.

I slowly make my way back to camp carrying the girl, I couldn't leave her behind that's too cruel. Once we make it back to the camp I lay her down and get to work draining the wolfsbane from her. It's a good thing she is passed out cause this hurts like hell. Finally twenty minutes later and it's all out, her healing abilities finally kick in and she is starting to heal. I throw the blanket on her and hop on the front seat to get some sleep.

I can feel the sunrays hitting my face followed by a wet kiss from Freya. I slowly open my eyes to check the time 6:00am. Thank God I didn't over sleep, I look out the window to see the young girl playing with Ollie and Leo, I cant help but smile. They are bouncing around chasing the young girl around as she laughs. She must of found a spare shirt and shorts while I was sleeping, I stretch and finally hop out of the van. The pups continue playing while Pops wonders over to me.

I give him a good pat "are you hungry pops" he nods in agreement. I grab everything and start making breakfast, I call everyone over "food is ready get it while it's hot". The girl freezes on the spot looking at the ground, "that means you too she-wolf" she looks at me with a giant smile and makes her way over. I hand her a plate with eggs, bacon and toast. I've noticed she is far too skinny for my liking. I start at her as she devours her food like she hasn't eaten in weeks.

"What's your name pup" "Alloy" she says between mouth fulls. "And what pack do you belong to", she freezes at this question "are you going to tell the alpha I was out late". I give her a confused look but soon realise she is scared of her own alpha and what he might do to her. "No I won't tell your alpha" I say reassuring her by placing more eggs on her plate. She smiles and says "I'm an omega from the blood moon pack". This leave me even more confused "but how can you be an omega your not even eighteen yet", she stops eating and start to explain. "In our pack we are given titles at birth, the alpha choose the next alpha, beta,gamma and omegas". This doesn't sit well with me, you can't just choose someone's destiny and this girl is no omega.

I look at my watch and realise it 7:30, "s**t quickly get ready we are going" "where" she says with a mouth full of food. "School, your still seven-teen so your going and I have a job interview". She doesn't dare question me and quickly finish. I managed to find a spare pare of converses and throw them at her.
