"How could I what?" Sara interrupted before I could finish. "Harry came to me first. He said your marriage needed something exciting, and he asked if I'd help."
"Help?" I let out a bitter laugh. "You call getting into bed with someone 'help'?"
A blush briefly crossed her face. Then she shook her head. "We didn't sleep together. At least... not that day."
I blinked. "What do you mean?"
"Harry came to me and brought up the idea of swapping partners. My first answer was no. But he kept asking. He said the two of you had hit a wall and needed something to shake things up."
She took a sip of her coffee before continuing. "I'll admit it. I wasn't completely innocent either. Lucas and I have been married for five years. The spark disappeared a long time ago. So... I agreed."
