Kidnapper's Regret

Chapter 4

"What's going on inside, open the door you slut... How can you seduce my fiancee, open the door" hearing a screaming Jimmy, Emerald got startled and James got annoyed at Jimmy's stubbornness, he gets up and opens the door with a jerk that Jimmy falls because of the sudden force with which the door was opened

Jimmy wince in pain because of small scratches she suffered on her knees and elbow because of the fall, she extends her hand for James to take and help her up but instead doing that James went to Emerald and soothes her, "First you took away my father, then brother and now trying to take my love too" Jimmy spoke with filth in her voice for Emerald getting up by herself, hearing that Emerald shakes her head in 'NO' as she was shocked to know that James was her fiancee and he never told her

James goes near Jimmy intimidating her with his angry aura making her feel so small in front of him because of their height difference, "I won't ever like to be in a small space with you in this life, so don't even dare to say that you love me and what is this fiancee thing, huh" James roared, "Dare you to claim me yours next time because I won't ever be yours in your dream too" making her flee in fear

"How dare you James to hurt my baby and that too on her birthday" Jenny anxiously speaks, "and for whom, this illegitimate girl" questioning James who was nonchalant by her and ignored her

"I am talking to you, James" Jenny shouted

"Ya I am trying to make you both understand to leave me alone but I don't know what you want... Also, your daughter has turned twenty now so stop saying her a baby and let her grow up somewhat or at least have pity on her and let her have some maturity" James now getting irritated with the duo replies harshly making Jenny also walk out because of the sudden turn of events as they never have seen this side of James, he was always polite but not today

Emerald was also shocked seeing this side of James as she never imagined him to be this much intimidating and angry. She don't know how he got this sort of aura that made those two ladies run away as those two are hard to pry away with and now she was feeling so much timid in front of him

James closes the door and comes back to her, "I am with you and from now on no one will dare to raise a hand on you, leave that, they won't even be able to eye you with their filthy eyes" he assures her taking that small artistic hands in his caressing it with his fingers and looks at her

Emerald was baffled with his sudden change of emotions as he was hell angry few moments back and now he is so sweetly talking to her, they had an eye contact as she was in her thoughts of what's happening and before she could imbibe anything... suddenly she felt her lips warm and her breathing stops... James kissed her, her eyes became big as if they will come out any time, seeing that James smiles, "Hey, it's just I can't control myself and when I think that you are turning nineteen next week, I am unable to hold myself... Don't know if I should say it now or not but I just want to devour you" and with that, he sucked on her lips again, Emerald was perplexed but James didn't give her a chance to ask anything and stole away her first kiss... Her first kiss that her best friend took away, it got heated when James pushed her on the bed and hovered over her to get access in that sweet mouth of her's as Emerald gave him a chance to enter as she wants to breathe and gasped for air.

James getting her state stop his sweet torture and gave her space to breath, "s**t, how I will survive after this" he said caressing her cheeks that have gone a shade of pink by now and thus again crashed his lips on her and finally Emerald liking his torture gives in kissing him back unable to control herself because of the adrenaline rush in her body and James being all over her pressing her down not giving space to leave.

After a long kiss of about ten minutes, James looks at her who getting shy put her face into his chest covering it with his suit coat. He hugs her without changing their position and they both stay that way for almost thirty minutes.

James was caressing her back lovingly and was smiling, "You know, I have a surprise for you... I mean there is something that I want to say you and the reason I came here in the first place" he spoke taking her attention and holding her chin up to face him

"We are getting married as soon as you turn nineteen" James continued his sentence making Emerald look at him in disbelief

"What" the only word that came out of her mouth

"Yes, we are getting married and I can't wait to have you in my arms anytime and anywhere I want" James joyfully speaks making her turn red due to shyness

Emerald without looking at him asks, "Who told you"

"My love, our fate was decided years ago but we decided to let you know when you are mature enough and can understand our decision" James replied

Emerald looks at him now, "We mean... Whom" and questions him

"Your dad, my dad and myself" James winks and pecks her lips again, "you know what, now you have become my addiction" to which she gives him a small nod because of which James smile fade away

He sits back and makes her sit also than cupping her face makes her look at him, "Hey if you are not happy with the setup and don't want to marry me then no one is forcing you. You have every right to say 'NO'... Don't think that you will hurt me because still, I will have my best friend with me" he said calming her and removing those tears that are now falling continuously

Emerald now shaking her head negatively replies within sobs, "It's just everything happened so fast that it...feared me as I never thought about having any sort of...happiness in my life" she explained him to which James gives her a bone-crushing hug, "You always deserved happiness and I promise to give you all the happiness of this world. From now on I won't tolerate any tear from these beautiful eyes of my girl"

Hearing James sweet words like My love, My girl, Emerald was feeling very happy as she not even in her dreams also had ever thought that someone will love her, as she always has admired James but never thought that he also have the same feelings for her and there will be a day when he will return it to her. But within all these happy moments a part of her heart feared that something will go wrong and the worst thing is that her intuitions were never wrong...
