Once Zoey got home she immediately went and started dinner as she worked she thought about Andrea and Nathen they both loved each other so much and probably would be getting engaged tonight.

Zoey blew out a breath as she went to sit down and eat her dinner she knew that she should be happy for her best friend but it still saddened her.

Zoey knew that she probably would never get married and never have her dad walk her down the aisle.

Ding..

Zoey looks at her phone

Andy: Hey, have you seen anything weird on your floor?

Zoey: No other then the door leading to the stairs was open. Oh and Luke showed up.

Zoey wondered why Andy was asking

Zoey rolled her eyes

Andy: WHAT? Are you okay? What do you mean the door was open? When?

Zoey: I’m fine new guy helped. And this afternoon when I left.

Andy: okay, thanks for letting me know.

Zoey waited for more information from Andy but never received any. Zoey walked into her bedroom and changed into her pajamas and walked over to her little window she had and watched the stars.

Before she knew it she was fast asleep not knowing that black eyes watched her from the corner of her room.

Zoey groins has she gets up from her bed

Zoey gets up and heads to the bathroom to take a shower as she gets out she hears a noise coming from the living room Zoey gets out of the shower and grabs her phone texting Andrea

Zoey:hey are you here right now I swear I hear someone in my living room!

Zoey walks out of her bathroom wrapping her pink robe around her and grabbing her baseball bat she always makes sure it’s where she can get to it.

Ding!

Andrea:No! Calling the cops and I’m coming over!

Zoey walks out of her bedroom she gets the bat ready to swing raising it high

Zoeys eyes widen as she sees her new neighbor Mark standing in her living looking threw her things

Zoey:HEY! What do you think you are doing in my house?! How did you get in here!!

As Zoey walks closer ready to swing the bat at him if necessary Mark raises his hands up his eyes staring to glow a pretty dark blue

Mark:listen it’s not what you think hun..
