CHAPTER TWELVE Kaden Kaden sat in the Cupcakery, staring across the table at Ali. She looked beautiful, her hair flowing and full. A million things ran through his mind to ask her, to tell her. A thousand things he wanted to know. But all that he could say was, “How are you feeling?” He was surprised to get a text this morning asking him to meet her.
