Isabella′s POV:
The sun peeks through the curtains, and decide to rest its insufferable brilliant lights on me. I groan, shuffling around the sheets only to release a light cry due to the painful sensation throughout my body.
Hiding my eyes behind my palms, I lazily sat up to see a simple dimmed room with only block sun as its source of light.
Taking a few blinks, I scanned around and sat straighter only to feel a painful sensation on my neck. “Ow,” I grumble, running my hand up and down it. Glancing at my hand, I can sense my eyes widening when I saw traces of dried blood.
When I heard a loud grunting sound, I glance over to see a familiar dark-haired man lying beside me.
I close my eyes.
I count to ten.
I open my eyes.
He is still there.
