She was certain that if she got them into the store, they would like what she had to offer, and they would return during those summer months when they frequented the beaches and boardwalks. That was the plan, anyway.
Nita had spent weeks perfecting her unique ice cream recipes, as well as putting her own twist on traditional favorites. All the ice cream was made in small batches to ensure freshness and variety. It had taken a few tries to get them just right, but they were just perfect now.
After months of research, she'd decided on having ten hard ice cream flavors to start with, six frozen yogurt, four soft-serve, and four Italian ices. In no particular order, the flavors for opening week were Honey Cream, that would be her star of course and a favorite amongst her Clan mates, Vanilla
