At breakfast ~
I pour a glass of juice for Evelyn and pass it to her .
She mumbles a small thank you and takes it from me .
“Mom , i am gonna stay with a friend for two days . Her family lives far away and she is a little sick .”Evelyn says looking at Lauren .
“Is it Athena ? ”Lauren asks
“Yep”Evelyn says with a nod .
“Fine then , make sure to take care of her . That poor child must be feeling so alone .”Lauren says ,worry evident in her face.
From what i have seen , Lauren is a really kind soul . But its just sometimes that she becames too strict with Evelyn .
It may seem annoying but she really care about Evelyn . Evelyn also knows that thats why she never gets annoying or angry with her mom .
