I wrap the towel around myself as I enter my room.
I see her rubbing her eyes as if she just woke up. Chuckling, I go to her and sit beside her. She is such a child. Rubbing her eyes, she looks around with confused eyes and an adorable pout on her lips.
Seeing me, she comes towards me and hugs me. My heart skips a beat at her sudden hug. God, she is going to give me a heart attack someday. I feel like a teenager in love.
I hug her back and caress her head as I look down at her.
She is hugging me tightly, her head on my chest, as she closes her eyes as if falling asleep again. Amused at her ability to sleep so much, I rub her back and caress her head gently.
“Are you feeling okay, princess?” I ask worried about her.
“Ummm,” She hums a reply and nuzzles her face in my chest.
