“I wasn’t told anything about his parents when I adopted him other than they were wolves and that they were Alpha and Luna of a small pack that ended up being wiped out by hunters,” Grant said to Casey as he looked for Jakon’s adoption paperwork. “What is this about?”
“I think that Jakon might be more than just a werewolf,” Casey said, carefully gauging Grant’s reaction. “And I thought his pack was wiped out by rogues?”
“No, no, no it was hunters. He told me that after Helen went missing. Wait. More than a wolf?” Grant asked confused. “How could he be more than a wolf?”
“That’s what he is currently trying to figure out. He is in the study, looking through books for something to help him understand. But when I asked him about his parents, he said that he didn’t remember much about the
